ART COMPETITION
Theme: The Effects of Knife Crime
In the summer of 2019, we invited young people aged 11-14 (Years 7-9) in Walsall to submit art work on the following theme:
The Effects of Knife Crime.
We received nearly 60 entries and we were impressed by the quality of the work. We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate and thank every young person who has taken part in the competition.
Below are the entries, including the shortlisted and winning entries which were on display at The New Art Gallery between 17-20 October 2019.
An art exhibition took place on Saturday 19th October at The New Art Gallery to showcase the artwork that was submitted for the competition.
