Make Your Mark 2017 Results

Make Your Mark saw nearly one million young people across the UK have their say on issues that matter to them. Every year, 10 issues are selected by Members of Youth Parliament to be featured on the Make Your Mark ballot. In August 2017, the consultation launched with young people voting online or using a ballot paper. In October 2017, the results were announced during a live Facebook broadcast, where a discussion took place around the top five issues (click here to view the broadcast). These were:

- A curriculum to prepare us for life

- Transport

- Work Experience hubs for 11-18 year olds

- Votes at 16

- Protect LGBT+ people
